Pada suatu malam si Papa nak menunaikan
tanggungjawap kepada siMama.
"Sayang, abang nak lagi, Yang". Pelawa siPapa
disertai nafas ghairah.
"Ya bang... tengok dulu si Apit, dah tidur ke belum?"
Jawab siMama penuh kerinduan.
Mendapat lampu hijau, si Papa terus teriak.
"Pit... dah tidur kau pit?."
"belum Papa... tengah baca buku."
"Sudah...esok saja, dah malam, tidur!!!!"
Perintah siPapa debfab tegas
Kira kira 10 minit kemudian, si Papa teriak lagi.
"Pit.... dah tidur kau Pit?
Si Papa mengemaskan ikatan kain pelikat
lalu keluar memarahi dan memukul si Apit.
"Disuruh tidur....tidurlah!!!" sehingga kening siApit benjol.
Esoknya di sekolah si Apit ditanya oleh gurunya,
tentang benjol di keningnya. Berceritalah si Apit dari awal
sampai dia dipukul papanya. Lalu gurunya pun mengajar Apit
"Malam nanti..kalau ditanya lagi,kamu diam saja....ya."
"Ya....cikgu". jawab si Apit.
Malam tu, dia terdengar Papanya bersembang dengan
"Sayang, apa kata kita ke syurga lagi."
"Ya bang.....tengok dulu si Apit, dah tidur ke belum"
"Pit.....dah tidur kau Pit?.Si Apit teringat pesanan gurunya, maka dia
diam saja, daripada kena benjol lagi, dia pura-pura tidur.
"Apit....dah tidur kau Pit?" ulang Papanya.
Apit tetap diam. Kerana tidak ada jawapan, maka
Papanya terus mematikan lampu.. jadilah gelap gelita.
Si Apit ketakutan setengah mati, tapi daripada benjol, dia menahan
Terjadilah 'pertarungan' antara Papa dan Mama yang
tidak diketahui oleh si Apit.
Tak lama kemudian Apit terdengar suara Papanya..
"Yang...abang nak keluar ni", termengah²
"Ya Bang .. kita keluar sama-sama", dia dengar
suara Mamanya menjawab.
Dengan segera si Apit bangkit dan berteriak sekuat hati;
"Apit nak ikutt.. Apit nak ikuuttt"
Esoknya....Apit BENJOL lagi .......
WAHWAHWA.. nak pecah perut aku baca citer nie..

Satu ari...makpak dia pinangkan abang ali sorang pompuan umur 24,nak tak nak lastly abang ali kena kawin jugak....malam pertama tu baru abang ali tau penangan sedapnya kena kemut dgn orang pompuan,rupa rupanya tak sama macam main bengawan solo...malam tu abang ali masuk hantu..dia hayun sampai 4 round..loceng dah berenti pun abang ali still action lagi...
Bangun pagi,abang ali termenung...dalam hati dia berkata"Kalau aku tahu macam nih punya sedap...dulu lagi aku dah kawin".Sejak hari tu abang ali dah malas nak kerja...kalau kerja pun kejap aje,mesti dia balik awal.Pantang dia tengok rambut wife dia kering...mesti dia balun punya.Satu malam,abang ali kecek kat wife dia...jawapan nya SORRY because NO ENTRY...yelah sebulan sekali orang pompuan nih naik bendera jepun..so,abang ali kata kalau tak boley depan kasila belakang..apa lagi...bergantang gantang abang ali kena maki.Malam esok tu abang ali dah buat pelan...dia boh ubat tidur kat dalam air milo yang pompuan dia minum..macam mana pun dia mesti pekena juga benda tuh..Bila pompuan dia tidur ajer,abang ali pun go ahead the
planning...dia londehkan pompuan dia satu persatu sampai
telanjang bulat macam biasa,lepas tu dia pun lepaskan gian giler dia....
Bangun pagi...wife abang ali rasa anus dia sakit teramat sangat sampai keluar darah.Mana tak nyer abang ali pulun tak boh pelincir..melecetlah kawan tu...Wife dia tak boley tahan dapat laki macam nih terus mintak cerai...lepas tu dia saman abang ali 'court punya dalam'.
Abang ali kena kompaun RM2,000 atau penjara 4 bulan....abang ali bayar denda.
Semasa keluar dari mahkamah sambil memegang resit denda abang ali cakap sensorang"Aku abis ribu ribu kawin sama ini perempuan,aku ingat semua pun aku punya..sekarang baru aku tau"
"Tau apa,abang ali"?sampok Pak Guard.
"Yalah...baru saya tau,depan saya punya belakang gomen punya".....jawab abang ali sambil berlalu.

Girls acne often appears or gets worse from seven to fourteen days before their monthly period arrives. This is due to the hormonal changes that occur at this time. Girls often crave chocolate during this time of the month, but if anything it is the hormonal changes, not the chocolate, that are responsible for the spots. Some older' girls may find that contraceptive pills which only contain the hormone progesterone (the 'mini pill') can also aggravate acne.
Stress and worry can have a powerful effect on the balance between various hormones. For example, stress increases the amount of the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline produced in your body. So if you are upset, your hormones can then be upset _ and in some people, acne may flare up. Stress also makes many people crave chocolate, but again, it is probably the stress not the chocolate which causes the spots.
Heat and Humidity
Hot humid climates - even in Britain! - can make acne worse, because sweating increases oil production. Saunas can have the same effect.
Greasy Hair and Skin Products
Oil-based make-ups and hairdressings, moisturizing creams and lubricating lotions can block your pores and prevent oil from reaching the skin's surface naturally. If you insist on wearing make-up, make sure it is water-based and oil-free. Try not to wear your hair down on your face in order to keep natural scalp oils off your skin. Scientists in America believe that some of the acne in black people is caused by pomade hair creams which can spread from the scalp to the face. Such hair creams and other products contain cocoa butter or coconut butter which are considered very comedogenic - in other words they are likely to cause blackheads to form. Certain suntan lotions can also cause problems.
Certain cosmetics can irritate or block the lining of the pore and can cause or aggravate acne. However, because the ingredients in cosmetics change so frequently - and in many cases the ingredients are not even listed on the product label - it really isn't possible to provide you with a complete list of chemicals to avoid. But there are some major culprits, such as isopropyl myristate, acetylated lanolin alcohol, lauric acid and laureth-4 which are highly comedogenic. Watch out for high-tech terms which are irrelevant. 'Hypoallergenic' means that the make-up is less likely to cause an allergic reaction, not that it will not cause blackheads. Many make-ups now use the term 'medicated'. This is also no guarantee thato they will not cause blackheads, and besides, as spots are not caused by germs lurking on the surface of the skin, such 'medication' is useless. There are some good, inexpensive make-ups available which are better, not because they are 'medicated' but because they are simply water-based and oil-free. You will probably find more non-comedogenic cosmetics coming on the market as time goes by, so look out for them and ask your ' chemist.
Some say popping a pimple can scar, others say it can't scar. I tend to think that lancing and gently squeezing pimples that are at the surface and white will usually not lead to scarring. However, trying to squeeze a pimple that is still below the surface may lead to major problems.
Suggestions on how to pop a zit vary. Read through some of these opinions found on the Internet and decide for yourself. If you have a serious cystic lesion, your dermatologist may suggest alternate methods to reduce swelling, which may also help prevent scarring. Also, alpha hydroxy acid may help prevent a spot from becoming a behemoth in the first place.
1. Take a warm shower or bath to soften your skin.
2. Wash your face and remove all makeup.
3. Wash your hands to prevent spreading germs and infecting the pimple.
4. Sterilize a needle...(a dirty needle will cause an infection and maybe a bigger pimple).
5. Gently prick the tip of the pimple with the needle.
6. Take a clean tissue or piece of toilet paper and wrap it around your index fingers. Gently apply pressure to the sides of the pimple to ease out the pus. Stop when blood or clear fluid comes out
Q: I know you're never supposed to squeeze a zit, but I'm not about to leave the house with a major eruption on my face. Isn't there any good way to pop it?
A: The real deal on popping zits: Dirt from your fingers can force bacteria into your pores and cause an infection, leaving you with a bigger bump and, even worse, possible scarring. If the zit is deep down and the whitish stuff inside isn't close enough to the surface, you might end up squeezing the acne bacteria back down into your skin (the result: a big, irritated cyst that can stick around for a long time).Reality check: If you have the kind of begging-to-be-popped zit where you can actually see the white stuff just under the surface -- and you've got to do something about it -- at least do it safely. First, clean the area thoroughly. Then take two sterile gauze pads and gently press on each side of the pimple, using the gauze (not your fingers, and especially not your nails) to apply pressure. If the white stuff can be squeezed out easily, do it. Then use another gauze pad to apply hydrogen peroxide and spread on an antibiotic ointment (like Bacitracin).If the white stuff doesn't budge after squeezing gently, don't even think about popping it. Instead, soak a piece of sterile gauze in a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup warm tap water.
Hold the gauze on the spot for five to 10 minutes and repeat several times a day -- the salt water may help dry out the spot and draw the pimple to the surface. Only attempt to squeeze after you see whitish stuff under the skin.
You wake up feeling a slight red bump on your cheek. You can barely see it, but you know it's there. By lunchtime, your friends have all given you the red alert - pimple at 3:00. It's getting bigger as the day goes on! You know what your mom, your health teacher, or your dermatologist told you - just wash your face twice a day and everything will be fine. But by the end of the day, your pimple has evolved into a perfect whitehead - perfect for popping, right?
It's a tempting thought, but popping a pimple won't get rid of the problem. At best, you'll get rid of the crust and fluid inside the pimple, but you'll still have a red blotch on your cheek that only time and antibiotics can fade.
At worst, popping your pimple will release the same bacteria that caused your breakout in the first place, allowing it to spread to other areas of your face to form even more pimples. A scab will probably form, too, which can leave you with a permanent pit or scar.
Since popping isn't the way to go, patience is the key. Your pimple will disappear sooner rather than later, and by leaving it alone, you won't be left with any nasty reminders that it was there. If you do touch your face though, at least wash your hands and face first.
While most Dermatologists probably cringe when they hear you've taken to performing minor surgery on your own face, there really isn't much damage you can do by popping a pimple, other than irritating already sensitive skin. Popping pimples will not cause scarring. However, there are times when popping a skin blemish can lead to more blemishes. Some pimples contain bacteria which your fingers will redeposit on other areas of your face. If you must squeeze, wash your hands thoroughly afterward to avoid spreading bacteria.
Myth #6: It's taboo to pop a pimple.
The unblemished truth: You don't need a medical degree or set of fancy surgical tools to zap a zit. "Acne surgery" is something most people can do at home. Reserve this technique for the occasional pinkish pimple or whitehead (cysts and blackheads call for a visit to your doctor). After thoroughly washing your face and hands, disinfect a fine needle with rubbing alcohol, then lightly nick the pimple's surface. Gently squeeze out the contents using a clean tissue. If you overpick or oversqueeze, you'll stretch the poor and push the white blood cells onto the skin, which can lead to infection and scarring. Leave the lesion alone to heal (antiseptic is optional).

Dating can be stressful but first dates can be particularly painful and nerve wrecking. Follow my simple tips to getting ready for a date and before you know it you’ll be breezing through first dates with you’re only concern being what to wear on your second date.
1. Don’t stress!
First of all, try not to stress yourself out. Tell yourself, it’s only a date and if it doesn’t work out, so what?
2. Easy on the wedding plans
You may laugh but don’t start planning your wedding! We’ve all been there; dreaming that this could be the one, that you’ll fall in love after a whirlwind romance and get married… and all before you’ve ordered your starter! Obviously, it’s good to be positive but just take each day as it comes in the early stages otherwise you could be heading for disappointment.
3. Listen to music
Listen to some music whilst you’re getting ready; whatever gets you in the mood for a night out and relaxes you.
4. Soak in a bath
If you have time, take a long soak in the bath with a small glass of wine to relax you. I emphasise the word “small”; you don’t want to turn up drunk or smelling of alcohol.
5. Subtle make-up
Girls, try to keep your make-up subtle. The majority of men don’t like to see make-up caked on and if you do happen to snuggle up to your date, he won’t be too impressed if you leave make-up on his collar. As a basic rule, if you’re going for smoky eyes, keep your lips natural with a lick of gloss and if you’re opting for the red Monroe pout then keep your eyes natural.
6. Hair to go
You don’t want a high maintenance hair style that has you running to the toilet every two minutes to check it’s in place so stick to what you know suits you and what you feel comfortable with. Also, easy on the hair products in case your date decides to run his fingers through your hair and gets them stuck!
7. What to wear?
Don’t wear anything too revealing on a first date as it could give out the wrong impression. Remember you can still look sexy without revealing all your goods; less is more!
Decide what you’re going to wear in advance so you’re not in a last minute panic with a bedroom floor covered in reject outfits. The main thing is to feel comfortable in what you’re wearing so you look relaxed; fidgeting with straps and pulling down your hemline every few minutes doesn’t look good.
Your choice of outfit will obviously depend on where you are going; if it’s fancy restaurant then you can glam it up but if it’s a lunchtime date or the cinema then dress it down accordingly.
8. Killer heels or comfy flats?
As for shoes, heels look great but only if you can walk in them so only wear shoes that you are comfortable in. Also, don’t wear new shoes in case you get blisters on the night. Again, your choice of shoes will depend on where you are going so dress for the venue.
9. Fresh breath
Don’t forget to clean your teeth and rinse with a mouthwash. It may sound obvious but so many people forget. Also, keep a packet of mints or chewing gum in your bag in case you need to freshen up later.
10. Aroma, aroma!
Once you’re ready, don’t forget to squirt a bit of your favourite perfume behind the ears and on your wrist (these are the strongest pulse points). Don’t go overboard, the key is to have an aroma about you, not to overpower him with your scent.
11. Arrange transport
Book a taxi or arrange for someone to give you a lift so you get to your meeting place in plenty of time. I wouldn’t advise accepting any offer to pick you up or take you home until you’ve got to know him.
12. Keep the conversation flowing
Give some thought to what you’re going to talk about. Obviously, you can’t plan it word for word but think about things you want to find out about him and questions you could ask to keep the conversation flowing. If you know a good joke, it’s always good to throw that in at some point in the evening to lighten the mood.
13. A kiss goodnight – no more!
Don’t feel pressured into going back to his place or inviting him into yours and certainly don’t feel pressured into having sex! I think it’s best to end the evening with a goodnight kiss so you both leave each other wanting more and more importantly eager to arrange that second date. If you can’t trust yourself to resist his charm go unshaven in the nether regions so that way you won’t be tempted to go any further than a kiss!
14. Watch your drink
Don’t drink excessively! It’s easy to drink faster and more than you would normally because of your nerves but try and pace yourself and if you do feel yourself getting more than tipsy, drink some water.
Also, if you don’t know your date well take your drink with you when you go to the toilets; with so many drinks being spiked in bars these days it’s better to be safe than sorry.
15. Tell a friend
Tell a friend or family member where you’re going and who with and let them know when you’ve arrived home safe.
16. Have fun
Finally, don’t forget to enjoy yourself and have fun!

Here are 10 things to remember to do in order never to forget anything ...
1 – Eat Soya
According to Professor Sandra File, head of the psychopharmacology research unit at Guy's Hospital in London, isoflavones, the natural plant oestrogens in soya foods, might act on oestrogen receptors in the human brain, particularly those in the hippocampus, a crucial area for memory.
As a result, new nerve connections form more readily. Medical trials revealed that those fed a high soya diet showed improvements in verbal and non-verbal memory and in mental flexibility, all of which are controlled by the brain's frontal lobes. Soya can be added to the diet through natural products such as soya milk or through a recommended daily 50mg soy isoflavone supplement.
2 - Take memory Minerals
Studies at Kings College, London, and the University of Rochester in New York showed that a reduced iron intake can have a detrimental effect on IQ levels and cognitive function.
This is because of lack of iron causes low haemoglobin levels, which affect the supply of oxygen to the brain. Iron also plays an important role in the transmission of signals in the brain. A deficiency of zinc, found in oysters, red meat and peanuts, can also interfere with memory. Take a supplement of 7 to 9mg daily.
3 – Drink Coffee
Caffeine can improve mental and memory performance because it stimulates many regions of the brain that regulate wakefulness, arousal, mood and concentration.
Researchers at the University of Arizona found that older adults who drank half a pint of coffee just before a memory test saw a large improvement in performance compared to those who drank decaffeinated coffee. However, the benefits might be confined to regular coffee drinkers. Others could suffer side effects such as shakiness, anxiety or impaired concentration.
It's still best to drink no more than six cups of coffee a day – those with heart problems should drink less. Too much brewed or percolated coffee can raise blood cholesterol – instant or filter coffee are better choices.
4 – Mental Exercise
Research has shown that mental stimulation keeps the brain healthy and increases the strength of memory.
As we age, it is normal to have changes in memory, but keeping the mind active does diminish weaknesses. Clinical psychologist Ron Bracey suggests using techniques such as puzzles, crosswords and widening cultural and social interests, all of which create different pathways in the brain.
5 – Physical Exercise
Half-an-hour of activity three times a week is enough to bring about significant increase in brain power; says a study at the Duke University Medical Centre in North Carolina.
Exercise improves the heart’s ability to pump blood more effectively. Memory benefits from improved blood flow to specific regions at the front of the brain whose functions include planning, organization and the ability to juggle different intellectual tasks.
6 – Chew Gum
Japanese researchers found that activity in the hippocampus, an area of the brain important for memory, increases while people chew. Recent research suggests that insulin receptors in the brain may be involved too, as chewing releases insulin because the body is expecting food.
But, says Dr Andre Scholey of the University of Northumbria, the simplest reason could be that chewing increases the heart rate, thus improving the delivery of oxygen to the brain and enhancing its cognitive powers.
7 – Take Ginkgo biloba
Ginkgo is the world’s oldest living tree. It has been used for memory enhancement in Eastern cultures for thousands of years.
Dr George Lewith, complementary health consultant to Boots, says Ginkgo improves blood circulation to the brain by dilating blood vessels and increasing its oxygen supply.
Ginkgo also mops up harmful compounds known as free radicals, which are thought to damage brain cells. Advised supplement dose is 120mg a day.
9 – Eat oily fish
Omega 3 fatty acids, found in oily fish, are essential components of brain cell membranes, and their role in cell structure is thought to improve the powers of memory. High concentrations of Omega 3 in the brain and nervous system not only boost learning powers and age-related memory, but also greatly enhance mood.
Omega 3 is a particularly important during foetal development, so pregnant women should have a regular supply. Good sources include fish such as sardines, salmon, herring and mackerel. Sardines are also a rich source of the nutrient choline, which is a key brain chemical associated with memory. Try to eat three portions of oily fish a week or take a supplement of 330mg three times a week.
9 – Rosemary and sage
Essential oil made from rosemary and sage can stimulate the memory, strengthen clarity and awareness and help to relieve mental fatigue. Psychologists at the University of Northumbria tested essential oils from rosemary on memory attention and mood and discovered it made volunteers feel more alter and enhanced their long-term memory by around 15%. Some studies have found that volunteers’ ability to remember lists of words improved by more than 10% if they had taken a capsule of sage oil.
10 – Take vitamin B
B vitamins deliver oxygen to the brain and provide protection against free radicals. They help to sharpen senses and boost memory. Niacin or B3 is particularly good for brain enhancement, while B6 is essential for the manufacture of neurotransmitters, especially mood-enhancing serotonin.
B12 is important for overall health of brain cells. B vitamins are also needed to help the body form acetylcholine, a key brain chemical needed for memory – Daily Mail.
